Data we process

To provide the Service and keep it secure, we process the following categories of data:

• Account data: registration email, name, company and country, subscription and trial status.
• Usage data: page and parts-browsing activity, anonymous visitor and session identifiers, language, country, device type and referrer.
• Inquiry data: parts details, images, quantities and contact content you submit.
• Log and security data: sign-in activity, anomaly records, IP addresses and security audit information.

Payments

Payments (checkout, card charges, refunds and invoices) are handled by the payment provider Waffo Pancake under its own privacy policy. We do not store full card numbers or equivalent payment credentials; we keep subscription and order status only for billing and settlement.

Purposes and legal basis

We process data to perform the service contract (access control, subscription management), protect against fraud and abuse (audit, anomaly detection), improve the Service (aggregate statistics) and comply with legal obligations. The Operator is located in China; data may be processed there and protected during transfer.

Sharing

We share data only where required: with the payment provider (Waffo Pancake), with email and file-storage providers for notifications and attachments, and with authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal information and share only what is necessary.

Retention

Subscription and billing records are retained for the periods required by law. After account deletion or termination, remaining data is deleted or anonymised unless the law requires otherwise.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access and correct your account details.
• Cancel the subscription and stop renewals at any time.
• Delete your account from the member area.
• Raise questions or complaints about processing via admin@epcparts.cn.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and least-privilege principles to protect your data. No internet transmission can be guaranteed entirely secure.

Updates and contact

Material changes to this policy will be announced 14 days in advance. If you have questions about this policy or your data, email admin@epcparts.cn; we reply within 7 working days.
