Terms of service

Acceptance and eligibility

By using the Service you accept these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that entity. You must be at least 18 years old. If you disagree with these terms, do not use the Service.

Service description

The Service is a digital catalog and subscription product providing illustrated parts identification and structured inquiries. Access is granted once payment is completed or when access is granted by the Operator. The Service does not rely on third-party AI models.

Free trial

New accounts receive a free trial of the Service, active for 3 days from account creation; the Operator may change or withdraw the trial for future accounts without notice, with trials already granted and existing subscriptions unaffected.

Accounts and credentials

You agree to provide accurate registration details and are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials safe and contact admin@epcparts.cn immediately if you suspect exposure. Sharing, reselling or otherwise transferring account access is prohibited.

Subscription, auto-renewal and cancellation

Each brand offers monthly and annual subscriptions. By purchasing, you authorise the Operator to debit renewals automatically through Waffo Pancake on the selected billing cycle until you cancel. You may cancel online from the subscription page in your member area, or by emailing admin@epcparts.cn. Cancellation keeps access until the end of the paid period, after which no further charges are made.

Refund policy

The Service is a digital asset: it is deemed delivered once payment is completed and access is granted, and unconditional refunds are not available. Refunds are limited to the following cases:

• Duplicate charges or billing errors: the overcharged amount is refunded.
• Service unavailable for 7 consecutive days due to causes attributable to the Operator: a pro-rata refund for the unusable period.
• Mandatory refund rules of the applicable law take precedence.
• If the Service has not been materially used (no catalog browsing, no inquiries submitted) within 7 days of the first purchase, a pro-rata refund of the unused period may be requested via admin@epcparts.cn and will be processed within 7 working days; subscriptions already in use are not refundable.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes and not to:

• Use crawlers, scripts, automated browsers, downloaders, interface tools or other automated means to maliciously scrape, copy, mirror, extract in bulk, republish or resell the Website or EPC data.
• Share, resell or publish access credentials.
• Attempt to bypass channel, brand, access-control or payment restrictions.
• Infringe third-party intellectual property or other rights.
• Upload malicious code, commit fraud or impersonate others.
• Otherwise use the Service for unlawful activity.
• For serious misuse, including malicious scraping, bulk extraction, resale or bypassing technical protections, the Operator may immediately restrict, suspend or permanently ban the account. Fees already paid, including any unused subscription period, will not be refunded for an account banned for that serious breach, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

Data and privacy

Personal data is processed under our Privacy Policy. Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake; we do not store full card details or equivalent payment credentials.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is". Catalog data is collected and organised from multiple sources and may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate; the Operator does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, timeliness, suitability or continuous availability. Catalog, diagram, OE, fitment and price data only assist identification and inquiry. You must verify final fitment against the vehicle, original documentation, physical part or original number and supplier before purchase or repair. The Operator is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on catalog data, to the maximum extent permitted by law; liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months and mandatory legal liability remains unaffected.

Term and termination

Subscriptions remain valid for the paid period. The Operator may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. You may delete your account and stop the Service at any time; unused paid periods are handled under the refund policy.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes will first be resolved amicably via admin@epcparts.cn; otherwise the competent courts at the Operator's location have jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

The Operator may update these terms. Material changes will be announced 14 days in advance by in-service notice or email; continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance. You may terminate before material changes take effect and request a pro-rata refund for the unused portion.
